Group Lessons and Clinics

A slightly more relaxed way to learn in the company of others but with professional help. Group lessons available upon request. £5 per person, minimum of 4 golfers.
There are a number of group lessons available throughout the week for ladies, seniors, adults and juniors. Please ask for times and dates.
Biomechanics Screening
Improving a golfers biomechanics will improve their ability to perform a technically correct swing.
The variety of golf swings that exist represents the many ways that the human body compensates for its biomechanical problems.
If we ask golfers to swing technically correct and they are not prepared biomechanically well, they will not be able to achieve certain positions.
The Biomechanics screening from Ben Goodey Golf includes the screening of:
- The Pelvis
- The Sciatic Nerve
- The Median Nerve
- Muscle Spasms
- Mobility
If there are any problems in the above areas we will give you specific exercises to cure them, which in turn will help your golf swing and improve performance.
